Why Build with Select Design & Build?
1. Discovery
As you finalize securing your land & financing, your Select Team will be helping to guide you with your site & permit evaluations, floor plan selection, option to build selection, &
modification menu choice.
2. Reservation & Design
Site needs are analyzed, floor plans & elevations are designed, & our build specifications are reviewed so that we can begin to select personalization options to create the home of your dreams.
3. Contract Signing
After establishing the details of your unique build, we are able to review your contract documents together & begin preparing for construction.
4. Finish Selections
While site preparations, permitting & financing are in process, you will work with your Designer to make exterior & interior selections for your beautiful new home.
5. Groundbreaking
Once the site is developed for construction & all engineering & permitting is approved, it is time for construction to begin!
6. Builder Walkthrough
This walkthrough is a terrific time to see your home before the walls are closed up. Together, we review the electrical, cabinetry, and some of the other elements selected
for your home.
7. Pre-Closing Assessment
As we near the end of construction, a complete tour of your home is conducted by your Site Supervisor. We are able to establish the last items to complete & set a closing date.
8. Welcome Home!
The day you have been patiently waiting for! Together we celebrate the closing of your
home & turn over your keys so that you can begin making memories.
