Chad Gehrke

As a dedicated project manager to the SELECT team, I bring with me over 25 years of experience in residential construction. I feel it is important to foster close relationships with trade partners, suppliers, and inspectors. This allows me to build our clients’ homes to meet the highest standards while staying on schedule and within budget. I enjoy working closely with homeowners to bring their visions to life, guiding them through the construction process, while ensuring that they feel heard, informed, and confident in their project’s success. 
One of my favorite parts of the day is sharing it with the amazing SELECT team, which is fun, reliable, and shares the same outlook on client relations – a commitment to integrity, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.
Beyond work, I believe in God and the importance of spending quality time with my family. When I’m not on the job site, you can find me enjoying a round of disc golf with my two dogs, camping under the stars, or playing a few rounds of billiards while listening to some good music. Most important, I believe that a balanced life, filled with faith, family, and fun, makes me a better teammate and project manager.
