Chase Strain

Hi, I’m Chase — the PDX Construction Manager and Marketing Manager for Select.
I’ve worked in construction for nearly nine years and continue to learn something new every day. I also have a strong background in graphic design, which I use to create our physical prints, marketing collateral, and branding materials.
Before joining Select, I spent about five and a half years with Pahlisch Homes as part of the production team. Now, I’m proud to bring that experience and passion to Select, where I treat every home as if it were my own.
With a critical eye for detail (and a touch of perfectionism), I’m always pushing for the best possible result — which can be both a strength and a challenge!
Originally from Central Oregon, I moved to the valley at 18 and have called it home ever since. I feel incredibly lucky to be part of this team and can’t wait to see how we continue to grow.
