Lenka Moor
Client Ambassador
Before joining Pahlisch Select in June 2024, I spent 24 years in retail banking leadership, 17 of which were spent at Wafd Bank. During my time at Wafd Bank, I earned multiple recognitions, including being named the #1 branch manager in both 2019 and 2020, while my branch was also ranked as the #1 branch from 2018 through 2020. In 2022, I was promoted to Assistant Vice President (AVP) Mortgage Banker, overseeing the Central Oregon region. Though my specialty was in construction lending, where I helped countless clients navigate the complexities of building their homes, providing personalized service in both knowledge and communication was the foundation of my success.
Having lived in Central, OR, for 26 years, I have a deep appreciation and love for our area’s outdoor lifestyle, which for me includes fly fishing, hiking, and enjoying a healthy balance between work, family and friends. This personal connection enables me to better understand and support clients who are wanting to build their future homes in this beautiful part of Oregon.
I am excited to bring my experience and passion to Pahlisch Select, helping clients turn their vision into reality and providing expert guidance throughout their home-building journey.

Kelli
Design Project Manager
My husband and I feel lucky to be raising our three kids in Central Oregon, a place famous for its stunning mountains, rivers, and lakes. A few years ago, we decided to move to Redmond, Oregon, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made. We love everything about Central Oregon, whether it’s boating on the lake, hiking in the mountains, or just enjoying the fresh air. The outdoor lifestyle here is something we absolutely cherish.
Engaging with clients and providing guidance throughout the process is one of my top priorities. Understanding their dreams and lifestyle is crucial to creating a home that reflects their unique preferences. Whether it involves translating design concepts into reality or navigating the custom home process, the objective is to ensure a seamless and efficient experience What sets me apart is my attention to detail, combined with my dedication to understanding the personal stories and dreams of each client. I offer a personal touch that turns a house into a true home, always keeping the client’s vision at the forefront. I’m here to ensure that your experience is not just about creating a beautiful home but making memories that last a lifetime.
I am incredibly proud to be part of the talented team at Select and together, we work tirelessly to make your dream home a reality.

Building a home is a team effort, and I pride myself on partnering closely with our clients, our internal personnel, and our external partners in keeping everyone aligned – from the first concept to the final walk-through! I treat every home like it’s my own, pouring in the same care I’d want for my family. It may be cliché, but only because it’s true: There’s no place like home. If you’re reading this – hopefully yours is the next dream home, I have the pleasure of bringing to life alongside the SELECT team!

Stacey
Managing Director
As a native Central Oregonian, the abundance of outdoor life, beautiful scenery, and quaint family vibe is the center of what I love most about my hometown.
Owning a successful retail company in my early years brought about my journey with Pahlisch Homes as a trade partner, designing award winning Model and Tour homes. I sold my business and came to work with the legendary Pahlisch Leaders by forging thoughtful design that curated a well-known quality brand in Central Oregon, Pahlisch Homes. Throughout the many years, I earned my badges of leadership through multiple layers of managing and directing roles while capturing the cornerstone “aesthetics” of residential building and design within the Central Oregon and Portland regions.
Towards the end of 2020 my entrepreneurial passion brought me to managing director for the flagship of Custom Home Building; SELECT Design & Build, AKA Pahlisch Select.
In my world, presentation is everything, as long is it is filled with depth, value, and quality, encompassing best practices and best partnerships through client experience and interaction. Through the Power of Team, all things are possible, and all things can be done well.
On a personal expansion, I am beyond blessed to have the worlds Superman of a husband, a talented handsome son and beautifully loving daughter, four fabulous fur babies, and being surrounded by friends and associates that make everyday abundant.

Lisa
Purchasing Manager
While I may be one of the quieter team members, I share a wonderful culture with some amazing team members, all of which I consider to be my brothers and sisters. As a purchasing manager, my role is integral in the delivery of beautifully constructed homes, and I thrive on being part of a passionate and professional team that shares the same commitment to excellence.
I originated from Sonoma County and decided to move to Bend in 2021 with my husband and together we embraced the opportunity with great enthusiasm for the area. Outside of work, I am highly family-oriented and enjoy spending quality time with my wonderful husband and beautiful grown children. I am an absolute lover of the outdoors, with a great love for horseback riding, landscaping, cooking, traveling, and aviation.

Jamie
Purchasing Director
I have over 20 years of experience in the masonry industry that lent my ability to develop strategies with an emphasis on purchasing and project management. Having a deep interest and appreciation in residential custom home building is what led me to working as a trade partner for Team Select prior to joining the team as the purchasing director.
I was drawn to the small but amazing group of people here at SELECT and found an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and impactful environment with my skillsets. Although I have an outstanding reputation of being a jokester internally with teammates, I take my position quite seriously and work hard to create the high quality and cost savings our homeowners expect.
Outside of work, my wife and son are monuments of my heart, and I love spending quality time with them. I am an outdoor enthusiast, with a love for hunting and hiking, especially if there is an adventure where memories can be made with family and friends.

Seth
CAD Manager
After attending a CAD program at Central Oregon Community College, I combined my field knowledge with architectural design software and began my professional career working for a custom home designer. It was there that I honed my skills in architectural design and structural detailing, gaining valuable insights into the complexities of home design.
Now, with over two decades of experience, I’m well-versed in the ever-evolving world of architecture and construction. I know that while experience is invaluable, the key to staying relevant in the industry is a commitment to continuous learning. As design trends shift and building codes evolve, I embrace these changes, always striving to adapt and push the boundaries of design innovation.
Whether I’m designing homes, navigating permitting processes, or assisting in pre-construction management, I’m dedicated to delivering an exceptional and thoughtful product that stands the test of time.
Outside of work, I’m blessed to share my life with my beautiful wife and daughters. Together, we enjoy everything that Central Oregon has to offer, from camping, backpacking, paddling, and fly fishing to running the river trail and chasing the little white ball around the golf course—and everything in between.

Chris
CAD Designer
I attended the University of Oregon, obtaining a Bachelor of Architecture in 2008 and was fortunate to earn experience in architecture firms prior to starting with Pahlisch Homes in 2013. My skills lie in spatial reasoning, programming and structural development.
Prior to embarking upon a design career, I worked primarily in reforestation and forestry operations with the USFS, while simultaneously keeping a foot in the artistic world through painting, furniture design and assisting with sculptures / casting bronze. In reforestation I was blessed to work with an amazing crew of friends, spending 13 seasons fighting fire, planting trees, climbing trees, collecting seeds for reforestation, preforming habitat restoration and genetic preservation projects, as well as designating and removing hazard trees. This unique experience allowed me the opportunity to appreciate the beauty of nature from southern California through Washington, and provided an understanding of the dynamics of wood, its cultivation, processing and renewability.
I was also blessed with the opportunity to assist my father, who was an artist that operated an artisanal bronze foundry. I was fortunate to learn in this operation seasonally, eventually running the foundry full time during his passing from cancer in early 2013. From this I learned the value of perseverance, positivity, problem solving as well as the joy of creation.
After my time with the Forest Service and the passing of my father I was dubious that I would find any work relationships to match the positive family atmosphere to which I was accustomed. I was blessed, and frankly surprised, that the emphasis on team and family at Pahlisch Homes was not only genuine but also permeated the company. Through the last 12 years I have grown with the Pahlisch brand and now find myself in the most amazing place – surrounded by supportive problem solvers, makers who take pride in the process of creation and ownership of their role. While it is a high bar, I can say that this is the best team I have ever worked with.

Ismael
Construction Director
Throughout my career, I’ve honed my skills in a variety of construction projects, particularly residential homes, consistently providing value through meticulous work and attention to detail. I believe in tackling every problem head-on and ensuring that each step in the building process is executed to the highest standards.
I also place a strong emphasis on teamwork—within my crew and with our clients. My team and I have each other’s backs, no matter what the challenge. We collaborate closely, support one another, and ensure that everyone is aligned in achieving the best possible outcome for every project. We also make it a priority to involve our clients throughout the process, making them feel like an integral part of the team. Their vision and input are always valued, and we work together to bring that vision to life.
Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my loving family—my amazing wife, our daughter, son, and our dog, Pope. Family is everything to me, and when I’m not on the job site, I’m always prioritizing quality time with them.
Whether in the field or at home, I bring the same dedication, passion, and spirit of teamwork to everything I do. Let’s build something great together

Michael
Site Supervisor
My name is Michael Fields. I was born in a small agricultural town in Northern CA. in1965. And yes, that makes me 60. Do I look it? Probably, do I act like it and feel like it? Heck no, you’ll see.
I moved to central Oregon on New Years Eve of 1994. That certainly makes me a local by now. I got my first contractor’s license in Oregon in 1999. I later became licensed in CA. as well. I’ve built everything from equestrian facilities and airplane hangars to cell phone towers and very high-end custom homes. I’ve built from the Oregon Coast to the California Coast and from the mountains of the Southern Sierras in Mammoth California stretching through the deserts of Nevada building cell towers and then stretching out to far eastern Oregon.
It’s a very long ranging and eclectic swath of construction experience. That I believe sets me apart from so many others in the construction industry. I’ve been blessed to work with so many professionals. Whether it was a very well-known Architect building custom homes in the Napa Valley of CA., engineers from AT&T and Verizon building cell towers in the most obscure places ever [on top of The Westin Hotel/ Mammoth, CA.], or DSA inspectors and engineers doing seismic upgrades and hazardous material abatement in schools for the San Francisco School District [SFUSD]. The experience that I’ve gained in all the trials, travels, people, places, dangerous situations, different types of construction, etc.… brings a level Master Craftsmanship that is truly a dying breed.
All that being said, I couldn’t be happier being part of a team doing something fresh in the industry. When the family at Select Design & Build, a Pahlisch Company, I knew I was home. Getting to put ALL my energy and ALL my passion, along with ALL my experiences in one place is a perfect fit for me – I love bringing a home out of the ground from nothing. And the team at Select, from sales, on through CAD Design, into the hands of the field team, then closing it up with admin staff and accounting is such a tight knit group. It’s not like being passed around as a customer. It’s like being part of a family that loves each other and can’t wait to put their talents together to bring your dreams and visions to reality.
My passion and care for people is worn on my sleeve. I live and breathe for my wife and two boys of 28 and 22. Other than that, I put much of my passion [and there’s a lot], my energy [of which there’s a lot also], and drive into making people’s dream homes come out just the way expect it – and hopefully better. I hope yours is the next.

One of my favorite parts of the day is sharing it with the amazing SELECT team, which is fun, reliable, and shares the same outlook on client relations – a commitment to integrity, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.
Beyond work, I believe in God and the importance of spending quality time with my family. When I’m not on the job site, you can find me enjoying a round of disc golf with my two dogs, camping under the stars, or playing a few rounds of billiards while listening to some good music. Most important, I believe that a balanced life, filled with faith, family, and fun, makes me a better teammate and project manager.

Ray

I love living in Central Oregon with my beautiful wife and two daughters. We enjoy getting outdoors, camping, traveling, and playing games as a family. I take the utmost pride in the work I do and the team I’m a part of. We are more than just coworkers—we are a true team, each wearing multiple hats but coming together to achieve our mission of providing affordable luxury homes for all our clients.
I offer my clients more than just construction expertise, I bring a great personality, a commitment to excellence, and a deep passion for turning their dreams into reality.

Chase
Portland Project Manager
I’ve worked in construction for nearly nine years and continue to learn something new every day. I also have a strong background in graphic design, which I use to create our physical prints, marketing collateral, and branding materials.
Before joining Select, I spent about five and a half years with Pahlisch Homes as part of the production team. Now, I’m proud to bring that experience and passion to Select, where I treat every home as if it were my own.
With a critical eye for detail (and a touch of perfectionism), I’m always pushing for the best possible result — which can be both a strength and a challenge! Originally from Central Oregon, I moved to the valley at 18 and have called it home ever since. I feel incredibly lucky to be part of this team and can’t wait to see how we continue to grow.

Outside of work, I am a proud mother of one, an avid snow sports enthusiast, rodeo mom, and a team roper. I am a dedicated volunteer to the youth of the community, and I thoroughly enjoy coaching and supporting 4-H and FFA.
